Good enough for a quick trip...key wouldn't work due to dead battery on door lock, so that was kinda a pain but bed was comfy and shower was hot...not steamy hot but good enough.

Great room for the value. Very limited dining menu and no one answered the phone in the morning for 4 days to order breakfast to go which they advertised. Front desk staff very kind and helpful.

Like: conveniently located close to airport. Different Dining options nearby. Downtown is 12min drive. Friendly staff. Not like: the area surrounding the hotel is not pretty. A lot of homeless persons in the area.

I have stayed at Four points before and I have never had nothing bad to say until now. There was only two staff members that I met and the were both very nice the only problem I had was the fitted sheet had a huge stain on it. I went to front desk she offered a room change but my husband was already in the shower and baby was asleep so I just asked for linen. She gave me the mattress cover and a comforter. The second issue I had was there were only two towels. Everywhere I been we get at least 4. At this point I was just frustrated. But I have no complaints about the rest of stay.

It was a great stay at this hotel, however, it wasn’t cleaned before we enter and not once did housekeeping come to clean our room. Overall, we would love to come back, but maybe better cleaning services!

A little shabby, but I would probably stay again.

The cleanliness of this hotel was below my usual standard. Three of the four pillows looked as if they hadn't been washed, with some obvious stains on the pillowcases. The carpet in the room that surrounds the bed was torn in one corner, as if a dog had chewed it up during a previous visit. In all, the room was just a little bit shabby.
