Nice & clean. Girl at the front desk was very friendly & helpful. Only problem was being placed next to the storage room. Whoever was coming in & out of there was slamming the door every time/all day & night disrupting sleep. Other than that great place
The Aloft is not easy to find without a GPS! First of all. The desk staff consisted of one person spread very thin. Amazing how streamlined everything is there. No soap, shampoo was empty (dispensers in the shower), but the good news is that shower gel was available. Floors are stark, perhaps tile?.... gray, wide and stark. Bathroom is adequate for one person. The best thing about this property is probably the parking garage! Room and property were clean, complete with "animal care station" (water and doggie cookies, I think) just inside the door. Thanks guys!
We had a quick overnight stay for personal business. The restaurant inside kept us from having to go elsewhere for food, which was a big plus due to downtown parking. We had a great meal, then a good night's sleep, and were gone in a flash, Checkout was also a breeze.
Perfect stay from the minute we walked in. Super friendly and quick check-in, and so accommodating with changes to the room.

Enjoyed the stay and found it clean and inviting. Used the workout area which is very nice. Disappointed in the prepaid breakfast. At check told there would be a menu to choose from. But in the morning was told the only selection was a sausage and egg biscuit and the beverage was not included. I would have done better and would have preferred McD’s had I known. That’s the difference between getting 4 and 5 stars. Small things matter.
