"チェックイン前日に来るはずだった案内メールが届かず、フロント玄関の鍵が開けられない状況になった。 たまたま、他のチェックイン客が開けてくれたので館内に入ることは出来た。 2度目の投宿で要領は分かってはいたが、鍵の開錠ができない、というのは想定外であった。 その場で電話で前述の件を伝えたが「ああ、ごめんなさい」程度の反応で落胆した。 館内の清掃、部屋の準備を含めて、Value for moneyだとは思っているが、案内メールの発信は毎日確認するべきだと思う。 次回も利用させてもらいたいが、ぜひ改善をお願いしたい。"
