Very good access to Oita Station and the shopping and eating area. The room was a bit small and we had trouble with the water pressure in the sink. Parking was a bit difficult if you plan to take your car out and return after 11PM.

ホスピタリティ、クリンネス、諸々キチンとしたホテルですし、客層も良く不快な思いをすることはありませんでした。駐車場の制限（23時〜8時は駐車場への入場不可）に少々不便を感じましたが、繁華街へのアクセスも程よい上に美術館も近く、十分に快適な宿泊でした。
