A couple Christmas trip

The room is normal size for Japan, but a little small by American standards. The room was pretty cold (December) and the heating system was not very good. There were good amenities and the food was very good. The welcome drink, wine or coffee, was a nice addition.

I had a bad experience when I first arrived. When I first got there I was told I could park my 50cc bike on the premises. I parked and removed my luggage, but was too early for check in so I left my luggage at reception and went for a short drive. When I came back in the afternoon, the parking staff had changed and they refused to let me park on the premises. I then had to walk 10 minutes away to where they suggested I park. After a full day of driving, this was a bit jarring. Luckily, aside from that bad experience, the hotel itself was quite nice. Extra pillows in the room was a nice touch other hotels don't usually have. Bed was comfortable and location is amazing.
