"The light went out while I was showering and it was total darkness almost fell getting out of the shower to turn the lights back on. Food wasn't very good. A little over priced for the quality at that price I was expecting a comparable of a Embassy Suites not even close."

"They didn't tell us upon checking in how often housekeeping cleans the rooms, so we had to request them to come. Besides that and the slowest elevator on the planet the hotel was prefect. I'd still recommend it vs more expensive options in the area."

"Poorly maintained, broken ice machines, broken pool, limited gym equipment. First room they gave me smelled lime urine (pet friendly hotel, maybe pet accident). Wont be staying here again"

"Tried to do expedited check out through app, and in room phone. App would not work and called from in room phone 3 separate times and every time someone picked up then hung up. Went to desk to check out. Waited 10 minutes and staff never showed up. Left keys at desk with a note with time we checked hoping they would see it and check us out, but never received final invoice in email."
