"Brft was excellent / great choices Room was clean & quiet. Staff helpful / was able to get printed copy of my billing. Parking was plentiful, good restaurant choices nearby. Only negative was pool / hot tub out of service, staff explained they were awaiting repair parts. I would definitely recommend this hotel to fellow travelers. Finally the price was very reasonable for the services provided"

"Would be nice to have on site rentable transportation like a golf cart or something. Not really walkable for my 4 & 6 year old. That being said, plenty to do and keep them busy. Relatively clean. Did note a few ants in the room. Arcade and pool could have been cleaner, but ultimately my kids loved the trip and the stay. "

"We have stayed at this hotel before and would do so again. It is clean. Breakfast is good. They are pet friendly and are willing to put us in a room away from other guests (when possible) to keep our dog quiet. The only challenge this time was check in. They were rekeying all the doors so it was loud and the key did not work, twice. The second time that we carried our stuff to the 4th floor and the key did not work, the fire alarm sounded right above our head. That was rough for our little dog. By 6pm the workers were done and the remainder of the stay was quiet and uneventful"

" The facility from the outdoor smoking area, to the lobby to the room were extremely clean. Which I must say was worth every penny of the slightly higher cost per night then other lodging options in the area. The staff members were welcoming, friendly, always willing to help while remaining professional at as well. Our room was a double queen that was surprisingly very spacious. Within the room there was a wall desk with pull out table, 2 sitting chairs 2 stools and a small portable dinner tray. The beds were very comfortable with plenty of pillows and blankets. The bathroom was much larger than expected and equipped with sampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, towels, hand towels, wash cloths and bath robes. If you are looking for a nice quiet place to relax and sleep this room would not be it. This room definitely wasn't soundproof and at times could be extremely frustrating. As for the amenities, we were able to enjoy the indoor pool and also had breakfast. As for the pool, it was a decent size with a shallow and deep end, temperature was as expected. The walking area around the pool was concerning due to a very slick surface that caused me to lose my footing several times. Beakfast offered a decent variety of hot and cold tems it did not include bacon, sausage or biscuits but plenty to make sure you don't leave hungry. This is a place I would definitely stay again when visiting Wheeling, WV."
