Everything was great, except for a complete lack of hot water (it was at best slightly lukewarm) for a significant portion of the morning. It seems like a very nice hotel overall, but no hot water makes for a bad experience.

They told me that I smoked in the room and tried to charge me 350 extra when I never smoked in that room.

Beautiful hotel. Very modern in an old building. Very clean, great staff, and the location is close to some newly renovated parts of Ogden with excellent restaurants close by.

Hyatt Place Salt Lake City/Farmington/Station Park
The guest bedroom square footage is much smaller than the SLC airport, downtown Salt Lake and Park city locations. The Farmington location is $100 more than the three other locations in Utah. I understand that it was by chance that we got a room with a cracked bathroom sink. To solve the problem ...

There was hair on the inside of the bathroom door when we arrived. There was also something gross next to the faucet on the countertop.
