Jaylyn and John at the front desk were great, Jaylyn gave us a great room with a perfect location. My friend was having surgery the next day, we spent 2 nights. We did have an inconvenience on returning to our room after surgery but the night manager handled it like a pro. The beds were very comfortable. The coffee at the front desk is some of the best I have had. Over all we had a good stay.

Staff/Breakfast was great! Pool and hot tub werent clean. Rooms need deep clean and our bathroom was falling apart. There is no designated Hotel parking and you have to fight all the shoppers at Station Park to park to park at your own hotel.
