"The hotel does warn you about parking so that should not be a surprise. Everyone from the front desk to the people in the breakfast room are super nice, friendly and helpful. The balcony by the castle wall is unique and the green tree is just calming . Balcony is a great place to enjoy morning coffee or afternoon tea. Highly the hotel. "

The front desk staff were incredibly courteous and made us feel so welcome at check-in — knowledgeable and genuinely helpful.
