"No room service available"

"Wonderful staff"

"Overall I had a pleasant stay at the hotel ."

"The front desk person was very polite but very unhelpful. We booked 6 rooms and one of the rooms didn’t have windows. Since the hotel was very vacant, I asked if we could just have a room with windows. It was a no, and the $40 extra on card reader didn’t work. I went back and forth 4-5 times before it finally worked after he kept badgering to pay even thought it was his own card reader. The man directing traffic was very nice. Breakfast was ok. There was a wide selection. Overall, much...

"I had a great stay. The location is perfect, the room was lovely, and the rooftop bar was great. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, I only stayed for one night, but I really enjoyed it and would definitely come back!"

"A noice stay. The staff let me check out late while I waited in laundry. No spa. The restaurant has a good variety. Clean. Good gym."

"The staff was the friendliest and most helpful. A clean place, well located."

"The geographical position leaves to be desired because it's walking distance to nothing It's indispensable to catch a tuk tuk to go somewhere Breakfast was not buffet because it's low season and the occupancy rate was extremely low"

"Dast had accumulated under the bed and behind the TV. There is a dump smell when you enter the room"

"Helpful staff, clean, spacious room, great location, and reasonable price 👍"

"Probably one of the best hotel gyms I’ve seen and it has one of the best views of the city by the rooftop pool. By far one of my favorite, the only bad thing is the front desk took a picture of my passport with his personal phone after I had already checked in and sent a copy of my passport. That was weird, but outside of that great stay. "
