This is an amazing hotel. Super high end construction and amenities. Old- world materials, hardwoods, tiles, slate. The staff is really phenomenal. I got a great rate. I will surely go back. I can’t say enough good things about this hotel.

Back to Odessa

Just arrived back in Ukraine and wanted to visit friends. When I walked into the Lo don hotel I was greeted by name. They remembered me from six mo the agp. Very courteous and friendly. My room was very clean and very comfortable. All the amenities including slippers and a robe. Breakfast in the morning had everything you could possibly expect for breakfast. A full buffet, including eggs to order. The service was great in the restaurant.

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel was in a great location and had its own parking lot. The restaurant at the hotel was also very nice. Although the hotel was clean, there was a smell of people smoking. If you don't smoke, this is definitely not the best choice for you. Also, our room's window was looking over the inside squared yard that had a glass roof that does not open so even if you open the window in your room you will not get any fresh air. However, the overall condition of the room and the hotel was not bad at all.

Relaxing at the London Hotel.

From the time we entered from receptionist to the restaurant and wait staff, to housekeeping. We were treated like family. Everyone was so friendly , helpful and professional. The room was very comfortable with all the amenities .The breakfast was delicious. The location is convenient and within walking distance to the areas we wished to visit. Great shopping and restaurants nearby. I would suggest you dine at the hotel restaurant if possible. Great service and delicious food.

Like being in my home

Outstanding in all aspects. Great service from every department, reception, restaurant, waiter, housekeeping. Very clean and comfortable room and bed. Located near great restaurants, shopping and local sights. The breakfast was very delicious and filling. A must place to stay. Also a great price. This hotel is hard to beat. Will return again and again whenever in Odessa Ukraine.

Best rest away from home

The best hotel stay I’ve experienced this year. The ladies at the reception area were so helpful, friendly, and professional. Informed me or place in Odessa I may be interested in. Housekeeping took cate of all my room needs. The room was so well cleaned and stocked with plenty of items for my stay such as tea, coffee and water. There was even a water dispenser near the elevator on my floor. Breakfast was fantastic. So many item to choose from and all were delicious. The waiter took great care of us every morning. As far as dinner, it was great, I had some friends over that live in Odessa and even they commented on how good the food was. The toom and bed were also very comfortable. Usually after a thirteen hour flight I find it difficult to sleep but a few hours due to jet lag. This time I got nine hours due to the comfort of the bed. It is also within walking distance of good restaurants, shopping, museums and the historic Opera House. I live in Chornomorsk Ukraine and have stayed in over 15 hotels in this area of Odessa. I have now found the hotel I will use exclusively when in Odessa Ukraine. That is the London Hotel.

Outstanding, friendly, professional service from reception , housekeeping and restaurant waiter. Very comfortable rooms, great morning breakfast. Just because if the service alone, I consider it Five Star. fantastic, close to shopping, restaurants, museums, and the Opera house. This is now my choice for accommodations when in Odessa Ukraine.

The property is located in the city centre 5 minute walk from shops and supermarkets. I happened to be there on my birthday. The hotel gave me a birthday card and a fruit bowl. A nice touch but has happened to me before. What really stood out was the front desk wished me happy birthday even though I had never seen or spiken to them before. That level of internal communication to make that happen was impressive. The room was clean and modern All the staff spoke enlish well. The restuarant served good food. I had one if the best butter chicken meals I have ever had there and I have been to India. Will definetly stay here again without hestitation

The London Hotel Is OK

The London Hotel is convenient if you want to stay near Odessa's city center for a good price. However, you are not near any major attractions and the nearby streets can be quite dark at night. Stayed in August and the AC of my room could not keep up with how warm it was at night. The hotel staff did their best but it was a problem. The elevator is quite loud and if you're facing the courtyard then there's nothing you can do. The breakfast was amazing. One of the best breakfast selections that I've ever experienced. Tons of variety. I'm not sure that I would stay here again, but the price was quite good.

Very pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Quite nice interior and very clean. Lots of nice touches like shaving kit, comb, toothbrush, etc. But what I loved the most is the outstanding customer service. I received amazingly warm welcome and enjoyed any interaction with the staff throughout my stay.

スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで安心して宿泊できました。チェックイン時間（14時）の2時間ほど前にホテルに到着しましたが無料でアーリーチェックインできました。朝食は時間がなかったのであまり食べられませんでしたが、とても良い雰囲気のレストランでおいしそうな料理がたくさん並んでいました。機会があればまた宿泊したいと思います。

Could not ask for more!

The London Hotel turned out to be the most perfect choice. I could not have asked for more. Their shuttle service waited patiently while my flight was delayed. The staff all spoke English and were most helpful at every turn. The place was spotless... crisp and clean. The food was excellent. The breakfast buffet was not only delicious with a wide selection, but was open until 11AM. On my last day, I had to miss the buffet due to an early flight, however they insisted on sending me home with a meal to go in a brown paper bag!!! I can't say enough good things about this hotel and I am a very particular guest. Also, the location was ideal as the folks I was visiting live in the old section of Odessa...we could walk after dinner. The stained glass in the elevator/atrium was a surprise touch. Lovely place!
