Not even close to 5 stars

This hotel is nowhere near 5 stars. From the moment we arrived, the experience was disappointing. The staff was consistently rude, and the maids in particular were extremely unpleasant. The room itself was unacceptable — there was mold in the bathroom, the curtains were stained, and the toiletries provided were of the cheapest quality. Breakfast was by far the worst part: almost no options, the food was cold, and completely inedible. Overall, this stay was a huge letdown. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for even a basic standard of comfort and service.

The spa and sauna was not working and the swimming pool was cold other than that all good and we where told the bar was closed at midnight but should have been open 24 hours they lied to us other than that very nice place

The hotel is fantastic the position is also fantastic only problem was the spa and sauna was closed because of this we had to move to a different hotel if they had of written on their website that the hotel spa and sauna was not working maybe would’ve booked somewhere else other than that everything is perfect

I had money stolen from my room. I heard from my driver that Atlantic Hotel has the same owners as the Palladium Hotel and there are many problems with theft ! There is no way to proof, bad event !!

The hotel service is fantastic the food downstairs is very nice and very good for price the swimming pool the fitness centre and a sauna is absolute awesome even though the swimming pool was a little bit cold

Из плюсов - персонал хороший, чисто, уютно. Из минусов - не открывается окно в номере стандарт (не было подачи свежего воздуха); двуспальной кровати не было, а были две совмещенные односпальные (я понимаю такое практикуется), но было бы не плохо один матрас ложить, от того, что просто соединили кровати постоянно проваливались в дырку между матрасами; скидки, которые предлагаются от отеля на пляж Атлантик, там не срабатывают. Как видят, что у тебя скидка, сразу говорят, что мест нет. Мы брали себе по полной стоимость. На кухню на этом пляже скидка прошла. Не очень организованная работа между отелем и пляжем.

Grundsätzlich ist es ein sehr schönes Hotel. Schade das der Hotelpool nur 20.5 Grad Celsius warm ist. Viel zu kalt zum Baden. Das Dampfbad wird nur bei Bedarf eingeschaltet und stinkt entsprechend nach Schimmel. Das Personal von der Bar kann nicht rechnen. Eine Bestellung von 110 HRN wurde mit 510 HRN bezahlt. Nachdem man endlich zu Dritt das Rückgeld berechnet hatte, hatte es kein Retourgeld in der Kasse.

Bad service

On the plus side: The room was modern and very clean. The rest: -The outdoors pool on the hotel pictures is 15 minutes away and it costs money to enter. It's a beach club of moderate quality. -The service is the worst I've experienced in over 20 countries. They just don't care. No effort whatsoever and not a single friendly smile and apology when something went wrong. I had 3 things brought up with the reception, none of them resolved well. 1. Shouting from the next room at 6:30 AM. The reception didnt care. When I demanded another room if nothing was done they asked me to come back in 6 hours. (instead of doing something about it - cheaper and faster) 2. My booking confirmation said Free Breakfast, but the reception insisted that my room did not have breakfast included. I asked to use a phone to call the booking agent but the reception did not help. 3. I wanted to book a table at the beach Club Ibiza for me and my 7 friends. The hotel is supposed to have a booking desk, but the reception refused and told me to go to the Ithaca Club instead, for which they have vouchers. (but Ithaca is crap compared to Ibiza) I would not recomend staying here.

Let’s start with the advertising pictures here on Hotels.com. The pictures used on the site are extremely misleading and false advertising because it doesn't specify that the pictures used as a portrayal of their amenities are in fact from another club.Those pictures had mislead us to believe that it's part of the hotel which was the main selling point in selecting that hotel over other, less expensive, options we were choosing from & were in more consideration. Upon arrival we first dealt with dissatisfaction of being mislead but willing to overlook that, then came the most appalling moments THE STAFF majority were extremely rude, bitter, unhelpful, as well as unwelcoming. 1st keep in mind that we didn't get any room, we booked a suite but with that in mind, we ordered a appetiser platter which had included chicken wings. The wings had a pinkish color which had my friend nervous since he did suffer from salmonella poisoning before. We informed the server of our concerns with the intention of just having it cooked again, instead they brought it to the bar & had a few people gather around it to then bring it right back to us to contest that it's fine when as paying customers with a history of such moments just wanted to have that reassurance to be cooked again which was ignored & we understand Russian so we understood that we were being mocked & ridiculed. At check out, not even a "thank you", "have a nice trip", or just plain "good bye". I paid $445 for the worst experience.

Good room. Good cleaning. Good location. Very bad breakfast. Very good gym. Good service at reception and gym. But not at restaurant. Don’t eat there. Other good options nearby(shopping senter next to hotel). Would stay there again but room without breakfast.

Hotel with very nice location

This hotel has excellent location, close to entertainment area Arkadia, but not too close. Hotel is advertising by using pictures of Itaka Beach Resort. This can be quite misleading. Being a hotel customer, does not give you free access, just small discount. Also, Itaka can be very busy, and there is no guarantee that you even get in. Having said that there are several options in Arkadia area, including nice water park.
