"Bra läge i hamnen och mycket fräscht och trevligt. Lågsäsong så ingen restaurant men det löstes med en god räkmacka i hotellets frukost-kyl."

"Det saknades saker som hade gjort vistelsen smidigare som att tex. kunna sätta drinkar och snacks på rummet, nu behövde alla ha med kort/mobil till spat där alla har lika dana morgonrockar… flera telefoner kom på villovägar. Hovmästaren var trevlig mot sällskap men när man som enskild person bad om hjälp var attityden en annan. Mästrande och nedtryckande - riktigt otrevlig!"

"This is an economical hotel. Breakfast is good, like a small German hotel. The rooms were once nice but are now dated and in poor repair. The hotel does have a great location and is a good choice for an economical visit to Eriksberg. There are no staff other than the very nice breakfast staff. Check in is by phone in the unmanned lobby. The breakfast staff can address room issues."

"Staff not helpful at all. Parking was across the street and staff did not tell us to pay for parking when entering and we had a ticket this morning for the parking . Asked staff what to do or where to pay it and they didn't know.and didn't care or give us any help. In Canada you pay for parking upon leaving the parking lots. Due to language we couldn't read direction upon entering garage. False advertising on parking. No parking available at hotel. We are 2 -78 year old seniors with mobility...

"Nice clean room with comfy beds. Great location close to everything and all the tram stops. Good grocery store nearby as well! Breakfast was delicious with lots of options and strong coffee. Really liked the outside garden sitting where you could bring your coffee and cookies and chill out in the morning or evening air."

"Spacious and comfortable family room, kept clean and well maintained. The bathroom door frame could do with a bit new paint. Super friendly and helpful staff. A little welcome gift for the kids and great kids corner, small cinema and playroom. Nice location, ferry terminal to the center right around the corner. Really recommend this hotel!"

"Our room is quite spacious for two persons. Breakfast and dinner included. Access to the gym is a nice surprise unfortunately we didn't manage to use it during our stay. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean and tidy."
