The only thing we didn't like was that the ladies in the reception were extremely rude and didn't have any manor how to speak to people. I said good morning, and she's not even responding. "We booked this room last minute on the way through Austria and had a request of 2 extra pillows. By the time we checked in less than an our later the room was ready and already had the two pillows in the room. Very efficient and the fronts desk staff was very helpful. Great location is a beautiful town."
