Not what is lists for, place was very dirty, sheets, sofa, carpets, beds, bathroom. Place smelled like must, humidity and mold. . Do not recommend anyone staying here

Walked in and was greeted by a family of flies. The people upstairs were taking a shower and water was leaking into our unit through a hole in the ceiling. By far the worst place I ever stayed. Will never stay again

Booking and check in was easy, it’s in a great spot if you’re coming for a car/bike week. The furniture was very outdated and there was quite a bit of cosmetics that need to be updated as well, but overall it was a good stay.

The apartment was alright the issue was with the host. She gave us a parking pass which we used, then on the second day of our stay. She came to the apartment complaining that we can't park out back of it. I showed her the pass and reminded her we were staying at that apartment but she argued that we were at the wrong set of houses. Which we weren't our listing said A04 and that's where we were. Also they hit us with a second $200 deposit after getting $195 on their site.

The house was in a good location but was not clean. The bed linen was dirty. I had to go buy cleaning products to clean the bathroom before taking showers. There is a ant problem.

I have stayed here for several years now. The property is located in a great spot. The rooms are clean but could use updating. All and all it is well worth the money

The entire apartment has 2 split AC's and the bedrooms were getting too hot. Also the AC's were getting auto switched off in 2 hours making it worst. The bathroom flush was loose, and the fridge was not cleaned from outside. Otherwise, the property location, # of rooms/beads, office staff was good.

It was a really nice and unique place to stay but windows were broken and didn’t have screens. The tv also did not work.

The vacation spot was quiet. We had alot of room. It is outdated but that was less for 6 active kids to damage. There was a 200 cash deposit. After you checkout they follow up back to room. Money was handed back then. I would stay again. I will say the floors feel gross. I recommend a new broom and mop. However it is a beach property and what's on the beach. The floors feel sandy and gritty. You must bring you own linens and extra blankets. The Ac in the livingroom was super powerful. Excellent location, affordable allows pets. One block from boardwalk. There is no wifi, small TV in livingroom is the only TV in apartment

Horrible service, the pictures on Expedia look nothing like the room. Room is very dirty!!! Absolutely gross. Smells extremely bad from mold and unsanitary. The fridge is rusty and dirty. Black stains all over the beds. Blood stains. Bugs all over the floors. Extremely bad. I have photos to show this. Very unhappy. No lock on front door .

There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. We didn't have enough toilet paper or towels. The kitchen appliances were way out dated and stained (very gross). We didn't have anything to wash the dishes with. We found an empty can under one of the chairs. There was a musty smell (assuming from the flood). Check in was very confusing, 2 blocks away. Finding the place wasn't easy at all. Could only park 1 vehicle there, stupid since it has 3 rooms and meant for a group. Ac worked great. Location was good. Everyone still had a great time.

Ant infestation in the kitchen. We left the property cleaner than we arrived and didn't get security deposit back. No clear communication at all. I called and messaged but the automated responses were not clear. Could be a wonderful property, it is close to the boardwalk and beach, but definitely needs some renovations. We had a wonderful time, just was disappointing for what was originally listed.

It was a nice spot to stay at my only thing I wish it would’ve had a bigger bathroom. There was not enough space to move around in the bathroom otherwise in that great location three minutes from the boardwalk spacious bedrooms furniture could use some updating and kitchen area items could’ve been clean and updated. I would rent it again. I would just take one of the bigger apartments.

Just great !!

It was definitely a great place to stay and be for the week. We were the first residents in the newly renovated place. So it was for sure very lovely. Don’t look at the old picture on google go by the ones based off of hotels.com with the green couch and the beachy looking furniture. You won’t regret it. I promise very close to every thing ! Customer service was perfection by all means ! We are pleased and will go back soon.

Lesson learned not to stay here again sheets on bed dirty used towels on bathroom floor only air that worked was in living room with the one in the window floors were dirty i booked ground floor got put on 2nd floor room next to us screaming and pounding on walls and kids running after midnight only convenience close to boardwalk

Muy amables en el check-in. El apartamento es cómodo al tener dos habitaciones es mas privado al ser la mayoría adultos, cuenta con sofá cama en el living. al cual le faltaba las sabanas y una cobija. El baño contaba con lo básico (dos toallas, shampoo, jabón y papel higiénico). la cocina con utensilios básicos para cocinar. aire acondicionado bien. tiene estacionamiento propio y muy buena ubicación para la playa e ir al centro de atracciones a caminar por la noche. Nuestra estadía fue satisfactoria a lo que buscábamos, estamos muy agradecidos por la atención. thanks!
