Great location! Lots to do and eat nearby and you’re just a few minutes walk from the beach. The hotel itself is mediocre and not the cleanest but serves its purpose. I’d stay here again during beach season for a more affordable stay.

The price and location are probably the best part of the stay and staff are friendly. I was not impressed by cleanliness and things were broken or poorly fixed. It has the potential to be a nice hotel but it just wasn't there due to cleanliness and upkeep.

Plenty of parking on the property, with the option of not being in a parking garage (not everyones vehicles can for in one, which is a problem I come across often). Close walk to the beach, food opetiins, mini golf etc wothin walking distance. The suites are a decent size with plenty of room.

Rooms are suites and very large. Beds are comfortable. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Parking is a little tight getting in, but once parked, plenty of space around car and covered parking. Did not use pool area. Beach is nice. Quite a few restaurants withing easy walking distance.

I enjoyed the style of the room. Spacious and nice kitchen. I didn't enjoy the amount of sand in the room on the floor and on the couch/pull out bed. Also the pool area is extremely small. Overall my family and I enjoyed our stayed might even stay again.
