"The staff was really nice and friendly! Besides Português, the speak English and Spanish. I took away one star because the wifi did not work during my 3 day stay. They said it was a whole neighborhood outage so I understood. However, it was a major inconvenience not having wifi. Also, I found a cockroach in my bathroom. I would be willing to stay again and give the establishment another chance because of the staff and the great location. But, I would hope these were just temporary issues."

"This was a very nice hotel with mainly friendly staff. Room was decent size with small kitchen and washer and dryer. Breakfast was okay. Could have morw cooked food but had lots of baked goods. Location was perfect and felt safe. My only negative would be that the hotel does not have a concierge and there is not any goo d tourist info for visitors. "

"Ich komme immer wieder gerne zu diesem Hotel. Es liegt in einer super Gehend in São Paulo - fussläufig zum Ibirapuera Park, mit vielen Bäckereien, Kneipen und Restaurants in der Nähe und auch mit der U-Bahn nicht weit. Dazu das Zimmer hat eine super Größe und das Frühstück ist simpel, aber gut vorbereitet. Preislich für mich in São Paulo unschlagbar."
