"Staff is lovely. We stayed in the Shenandoah suite. It’s a very private tucked away room with a little patio which is why I picked it. Be aware, though, if you choose it that there are two rather large steps down to go into the bathroom! We enjoyed the breakfast that was delivered to the room immensely. Overall, quite a nice stay in a beautiful, historic inn."

"We were most impressed about the outstanding friendliness and hospitality of the staff. Felt like in a Japanese Ryokan where the guest is king. One hick-up with the restaurant at the first night, which was charmingly fixed by the management."

"The staff was amazing although the property is showing signs of aging it’s still kept as well as an be expected. I stayed on this property when it was fairly new and can see signs of aging and needs Fir upgrading however the staff makes up for the lack of new upgrades ! "

"We had a great stay and excellent bday connect Coton & Rye. Pete the manager and Morgan the waitress went above and beyond to accommodate our large family with 5 children including 3 two year olds. They were very kind, helpful, and flexible."

"We so enjoyed staying at this inn. We didn’t know it was in a country club with access to several of the amenities of the club. The room was beautiful, the innkeeper was very accommodating and any of the staff we ran into were lovely. A short drive to the closest metro station, we spent a day in DC, & the 2nd day in the rolling hills of northern VA in wine country where we had good wines & enjoyed a lovely dinner at a recommend spot. We would stay here again. "

"My family stayed here at the Springhill Suites for an overnight layover. The staff are very professional and the shuttle service driver is very kind. The morning breakfast is also wonderful!"

"Lovely and clean. Great shuttle service.. wish there was a vegetarian/ vegan restaurant nearby as only option was really meat eater friendly. There was a water/ ice machine on the floor i stayed but only ice working . Maybe someone could have put water in room for coffee! All in all my room was very clean , bathroom clean and was nice to have a regular modern shower in the room instead of bath/ shower combo. Would definatly recommend and stay again"
