"The lobby outside the room are filthy with stains and good lingering outside the rooms never picked up on time. Absent of management and shortage of staff."

"It was a great experience! The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. They offered us an upgrade room and on Valentine’s Day they have decorated the room with red Roses and cake. At the beginning we were not sure abut staying at the hotel but after our stay I think it would do it again."

"I was expecting a lot more with the ratings I saw on Expedia. The room was big but not well maintained. I stayed for 2 nights, and the staff did not clean the room every day. There are a couple of clubs and bars in the hotel. I stayed on the 5th floor and the music from the clubs was very loud and continued until 2:30 in the morning. It was impossible to sleep."

"This is where hospitality comes to die. I mean wow, it is beyond horrible. I booked this because I had a layover in Bahrain and wanted to get a few hours of sleep, I was of course not expecting much since I didnt pay much but wow was it terrible. Disgusting towels and bed spreads and pillows, everything was falling apart in this hotel. It was truly the worst hotel i have ever stayed in. The only positive is that its attached to Mansa lounge which had good shisha. The receptionist charged me extra 4.5BHD for a little early check in - when the hotel was completely empty and unoccupied. "

The room was perfectly clean, spacious and comfortable. I’d happily go back to this hotel and recommend it for those who want a hotel that is close to most sights and nightlife.
