"Property needs updating, and an exterminator likely. Huge spider in the room, asked for assistance and nobody bothered to come so had to kill the brown recluse myself.
The lobby looks really nice. Should spend that money on room renovations and food upgrades. Had icecream that didn’t even melt.
Beds are extremely uncomfortable and I would have had to change hotels if staying more than one night. Horrible mattress. Horrible.

"Great hotel! I stay here about once a month when i travel to the Portland area.the rooms are very clean, the staff are friendly, and the location is quiet. I haven’t used the pool, the gym, or the sauna but they all look quite nice. Highly recommend"

"The rooms need some upgrades. I'm glad that the old hotel carpeting was taken out and replaced with a laminate flooring. The sink faucets were very difficult to turn on and off. I needed to use both hands and it took all my strength. A magnifying mirror at the sinks would have been nice. "The floors could use a good mopping, we had to wear shoes to keep our feet from getting completely black. The other annoying part is that it appeared that we were sharing the parking lot with people only going to the airport, it was hard to find parking.
