Construction around and near property was awful, and we left the property early in the morning and returned after several hours and our room had not been touched so we had to sit in the lobby for a while waiting for maid service. I wasn't at all pleased with this. Also the receptionist wasn't very pleasant. "

"My family enjoyed the hotel and our room, but the one day we were there (just passing through), the breakfast was sub-par. The biscuits weren't cooked all the way through, the eggs and sausage didn’t taste as good as we've had in the past at other locations of Holiday Inn Express, and we came down to breakfast 40 minutes before closing, most of the popular items were gone (like the Cinnabon rolls), but no one came to refill those items.
