"My family (2 adults 2 children) and I stayed at the Cottonwood Best Western hotel during our Spring Break (April 6-10). We loved the convenience of the location being only a short drive (about 25 minutes and no traffic) to Uptown Sedona. The included free breakfast was definitely one of the factors we took into consideration when choosing our lodging and we’re glad we chose this hotel! "We had a great stay at the Tavern. One of the reasons we booked was because of the breakfast at la Crema. We were a little dissappointed that our Easter breakfast basket did not have any pastries from la crema. The staff was great as well as we left something behind and appreciated that they found the item and left it at the front desk. We actually like staying at the Tavern rather than Sedona-the shops are quaint and the restaurants are much better than Sedona!"

"The Views Inn in Sedona is a hidden gem. We were greeted by Dilip with a warm welcome. The location of this beautiful property was perfect for our Sedona stay. After a long drive the pool and hot tub was perfect and immaculately clean, as was our room. A special shout out to Raja for the extra effort he made to make sure our stay was perfect. Thanks for making our first visit to Sedona one for the best experience. I highly recommend the Views Inn."

"Check in was a nightmare. Waited 1/2 hr to even get to the desk. I had reserved 2 places for our family of 7 members months in advance. We were separated roads apart. They cared less about trying to put us together. Ashley at the front desk was rude and abrupt. No directions on the place - so we didn’t know our second bedroom was across a “bridge”… they try selling you a timeshare type thing that delays you even more - have to wait to talk to them to get your parking pass. Not a good experience...

"The staff is super personable and helpful. Loved checking in with Val and chatting about sites nearby to explore during our stay. Parking was a little tight, but that’s more on the other guests than Kokopelli Inn itself. Maybe room-assigned parking would help with that? Lastly, I didn’t realize we had to specifically request house-keeping. We stayed 2 nights - our beds were nicely made and our towels freshly stocked on the first night. But on our second night we were surprised to see no one...
