"This is the only place we will stay in Flagstaff. The stay and experience of a 5 star resort for the cost of a regular hotel. In fact our holiday inn at our next stop is $20 more than what we paid here. You will not be disappointed with this stay! I wish there was a little america in every city! Playground is super nice. Pool is amazing! Bed is very comfortable! And the staff treat you like royalty!"

"TV sound had static and it got worse to the point I could not watch it. I told the girl at the front desk and she took care of it. I discovered that at higher volumes there was no static - but as you lowered the volume the static occurred. Also, the TV was not fully secure in its hanger so it moved at times. The soap dispenser in the shower was novel and something I had never used before, so cleaning myself was a bit different with liquid soap."
