"Staff were very attentive. A couple youth were injured from the slide in the pool. As soon as staff were notified they went to investigate the issue. Breakfast was wonderful. My Daughter loves the Waffles. Room was clean and comfortable This was a Staycation for myself and Daughter as we live in the city."

"For 90% this was a very good place to stay, the underground parking is limited and is only good for smaller vehicles. There is surface parking in the stripmall next door. There are plenty of restaurants and a coffee shop in the mall along with a Sav-On-Foods to get groceries for the stay. The rooms are great being designed like an apartment with one or two bedrooms with full baths. They have full sized kitchens and a living room. "Clean room, comfy bed. Food from the lounge was the highlight! I ordered the bacon cheddar burger and it was one of the best burgers I’ve ever had."

"Pros are the location, the river views, the staff and the Bellamy Lounge staff and food. The Cons are the cost of parking and the standard room we had needed updating. The bed was fine, the comfort of the room was great, but the bathroom is very outdated."

"The bed was lopsided when I went to bed. I think it was the mattress. And no remote in the room when I walked in"

"I usually stay here when I’m Edmonton and have had no issues however this was my worst visit so far. My experience with the hotel receptionist was far from pleasant. She was not friendly, maybe she was having a bad day. There was maintenance and several repairs going on so the pool and dinning areas were cordoned off. The breakfast was terrible bacon burnt, scrambled eggs very dry and hash browns were hard and inedible. I really hope they improve things."
