OCT East Water Park hotels from RM94

"Excellent location for people travelling in from Hong Kong as within 10 min walk from train station. Room are slightly dated but still very good, Cleaners were very good and courteous considering we were always waking up very late and they never complained and ensured our room were clean when we returned. Special mention to the cleaners on the 20th floor on the 27th as we accidentally left one of iphones in the room when we checked out and didn't realize until 2 days later (it was an old spare phone) when we rang the hotel, the cleaning staff had handed it in to the reception and we were able to recover it. Also a special thank you to Cynthia at the front desk for allowing us late check outs and making our check in and check out so smoothly. "

"Hotel room was great. I would like to compliment 2 special staffs from the front desk. Jonathan and Daphne. When I first arrived after a 4 hours flight, i saw Jonathan who was at the front desk on his mid night shift. I did a request for a room which has bath tub for my kid. With his great customer service attitude he try and manage to secure a room for us. He is willing to go the extra mile to meet customer’s requirements. Daphne, on the other hand. Assisted me on sending a package out to my vendor on an urgent case. Great staffs you have and i am coming back to your hotel every trip in Shenzhen. "

"Hotel is a newer hotel. Room was spacious and clean. Staffs are polite and helpful. Location is great, connects to an indoor mall which is very helpful when hot weather that you don’t want to be out under the sun."
