1. La Demeure de l'Ile

Craon

"From the street, this B&B type accommodation presents itself as an old hotel which appears to be under renovation, but the facade opens into a courtyard with a guest building with perhaps 3-4 rooms on the second floor and a lounge and breakfast area down stairs. Our room was large and comfortable with a fully remodeled bathroom. It was very quiet and very French in it's character. The owner helped us with reservations for a delightful restaurant called La Maison C about 10 minutes walk down...

Le lieux propose une piscine couverte, une salle de sport, une salle de réunion et bientôt tout un programme bien être avec sauna et Hammam. Parking space is unclear, but wasn’t a problem - unsure if we were blocking neighbours. There was no evening food available (Saturday evening) and not much available in the area. The gardens and the house interiors are beautiful. Our only two key points of feedback are 1) the door doesn’t have a lock and the bathroom...
