"The hotel has incredible views. Its medieval theme fits perfectly with Mardin's old city. The staff was lovely and made us feel very comfortable. Yusuf, the owner, helped us with everything. He offered us tea, organised trips for us and called a cheap taxi for coming back to the airport. All of this, with a constant smile. We 100% recommend this hotel while staying in Mardin."

"A highly disappointing stay. The room was cramped with very thin walls, so lots of noise. Shower went cold but the worst was that after having to wait outside in the rain for the front door to be opened (they just locked up and went away), on phoning the owner, instead of being apologetic, she was extremely rude.
