We weee very kindly upgraded to the most beautiful suite for my husbands birthday. This was such a treat especially as we spent quite a bit of time in it. Wanting to relax and chill. "The property is amazing and the staff exceptional. The hotel is unique; a renovated 300 year old place. We weren’t looking for the ordinary, and we didn’t get it. We had a room overlooking an historic fisherman’s square. The garden was a lovely spot for a contemplative breakfast, and doubled as part of “Merchants,” an on property steak house where we had delicious filet mignons. Susie, at “winning” hosted us at the property’s tapas bar across the small street where you receive a “magic card”...

"Great staff for our whole visit, welcoming and helpful. Nice room with big bathroom and very comfortable. Small but welcome swimming pool in the middle of the old town. Too breakfast with another nice member of staff who was replenishing as well as cooking and serving. Near loads of tapas bars and the harbour. No problem leaving our bags there all day while we went exploring the city. Top hotel!"
