"The key card system was not working upon my arrival, so I had to rely on the hotel staff to enter and exit my room. The restaurant was already closed at 9:30 pm when I arrived. I was initially told that my shirts could not be processed within the same day, but this was eventually arranged after I insisted. Overall, this was a below-average experience."

"Our host was extremely pleasant and helpful. She arranged transport for us from the airport to the hotel and a taxi to a bus station. We left at 5am to take a bus. Our host left us a breakfast to go that was nutritious and delicious including bottled water! We would stay at Hotel Kapital again."

The shower door was falling off the wall and the shower was full of mold. You can hear everything in the room when people are walking by, as the windows are out to the hallway."
