"Unless you have a special need to be within close proximity of Pier 39, go elsewhere. Property is dated, they’ve tried their best to present a modern feel but it’s a 60’s building (possibly older) that has been revamped.
Rooms are tidy albeit tight annd the bath/ shower feels like you’re in a residence that should be charging a lot less. Hygiene staff attentive and thorough, check in staff were indifferent (would make it a rule to not drink Dunkin Donut branded Iced Coffees whilst on desk).
Overall, pay the same money and stay somewhere like the Westin. Don’t be fooled by the “dangerous city” there are just as many problems at the pier but certainly the accommodation is of a lesser standard."
