"The room was clean. The breakfast was very good, & the staff were helpful."

"The best part of this hotel is its location. The staff is friendly and helpful but the rooms are tiny and no tea/coffee facilities. The parking is very challenging: just go to the parking by the bus stop and hope for the best. Breakfast is very good. Their restaurant with the great views is good but overpriced. The “ aile of raie” ( ray flapper) was OK but for 10 euros cheaper it was MUCH better in Chinon. No great view though…"

"I will keep this simple. This is place is a dump. A terrible hotel. We were placed on the third floor and the building has no lift. So I had to carry my wife’s and my luggage up 3 flights of stairs. I am 71 years old, in good shape, so it was not a problem, the greeter didn’t offer any assistance. He sat outside on the patio eating a sandwich while I carried our luggage into a terribly laid out room which was dirty and shabby. The breakfast the next morning was the bare minimum of acceptable....

"Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Very nice breakfast!"

"Staff was amazing."

"This hotel is in an excellent location very close to the town center. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Perfect location for restaurants, shopping and soaking in the amazing ambience of a medieval cathedral and town architecture. The only thing that prevents a 5 star rating is the breakfast. Tip: Call the hotel and book parking ahead of time. There is very limited space. By limited space I mean literally 5 or 6 spots. This is openly stated in many of the reviews. If there is no space...

"Lovely place. Nice and quiet retreat after a day of exploring but still close enough drive to shopping and eating places. Excellent breakfast."

"The property was well maintained and the room was spacious and updated. The staff was friendly and helpful, and our dinner at the restaurant was excellent. Overall, a great place to stay."

"The Staff was Very Helpful... Hotel Was very clean and the Bar Area was very friendly. The only Complaint I have is that there was not Coffee in the Bar or available for free in the Lobby to go when having to catch a train or bus for the day had to purchase it with a full breakfast which was not convenient . Had to wait till I got to my destination for a Coffee shop......Room was small but that is a typical European hotel."

"God beliggenhed for WW2 og dejlige spisesteder"

"I can’t say enough about the level of service and quality of food and beverages. The hotel is a relaxing spot."
