Lovely!! This was my fourth trip to Nosy Be and fourth hotel/resort I’ve stayed at. It was by far the best. Others nearby are date. This is brand new. Wonderful beach and pool and tours you can do from this location. Highly recommend! It’s worth the price!

We had a wonderful stay of 7 nights at the Royal Andilana Resort & Spa. We requested for a room with the best possible view of the ocean and the Hotel fulfilled our request. Very much grateful for that. The rooms, the clealiness, the efficiency of all the staff from the cleaning team to the waiters has been top notch. The restaurant has such a wide spread of food, you are spoilt for choice. They keep you entertained every evening. All the excursions that we went on with the Sounds Team were very well organised. They have maintained their beach and love ly waters to swim in. We enjoyed the massages at the spa and I must say the masseuses were excellent. We have nothing to complain about. We had a very enjoyable stay. Many thanks to the Management and staff of the Royal Andilana Resort and Spa.

The property is nice looking. But it’s more about the looks than the value with this resort. The decor leads you to believe you are in a 5 star hotel, but the air con in the room is tiny, the room was never cold. The all inclusive buffet has lots of options however the taste is lacking. This hotel services primarily an Italian population however all Italian dishes were average at best. Staff moves super slow. I spent my birthday at the resort and booked a private beach side dinner. The pasta I got was super hard to chew (it was not al dente, I have eaten myway through Italy), I ordered a chocolate cake and Malagasy birthday song. I got a vanilla cake with English singing. I was disappointed. The beach is super nice, they have security guarding the salespeople off.

I highly recommend the Royal Andilana and the entire staff led by Antonio. The hotel is absolutely stunning and spotless which was something we needed by that point in our trip. We had traveled throughout Madagascar and had to deal with our share of lizards and bugs occupying our room in other hotels however at the Royal Andilana we were able to sleep peacefully without fear of any unwelcomed guests. The food is much higher end than a standard all inclusive and has something for everyone. Our vacation in Madagascar was supposed to be ending in Nosy be with only a two night stay at the Royal Andilana however air Madagascar lost our bags upon arrival to Nosy Be and we didn’t even have a toothbrush. We were so stressed but Antonio and his staff stepped up and anticipated every possible need we had. We felt so taken care of during the four days without luggage and extended our stay because of the baggage issue. When booking our holiday we really wanted to stay at a clean and up to date hotel however we ended up with so much more. It truly felt like home and every employee made us feel welcomed. This is definitely the only place to stay and the most luxurious on the island but the service is more than I could have ever asked for.

Hotellchefen gjorde min vistelse och va trevlig, bjöd på transfer och uppgraderad. Tack ! Rummen e fina och allt känns nytt, trevlig personal, städning av rummet slarvigt .. missade saker varje dag, glömde städmaterial på rummet, låg metalldelar på golvet i duschen 4 dagar, buffén e stor och maten sisådär.. pizzorna såg goda ut men va oftast för kalla, uppskattade att ala carte lunch ingick. Bra solstolar på stranden, men för att va på Madagaskar är allt överlag bra absolut
