"Very sad dilapidated place, guy who checked us in was great, but that was about it, people roaming the hall knocking on doors all night, smells from other room seeping through the vent, rusty appliances, beat up dresser, holes in the curtains…. Just sad place."

"I was so happy that we found this hotel. It was conveniently close to the airport with a 24/7 shuttle and decent breakfast. Most impressively, every single staff member was helpful, polite, and genuinely happy to help us. I felt that they went above and beyond to help us and welcome us to the hotel and city. We will definitely stay here each time we fly to PVD."

"This is the worst property I have ever stayed at the hotel was filthy. I stayed here before about a year ago and it was nice but this time there was mold in the bathrooms and the carpets were full of dust, the elevator didn’t work the TVs didn’t work and the manager was rude. I saw here cussing at guests and tried to throw them out for requesting face towels. She said she didn’t want kids in her property, I saw them towing cars of registered guests"

"The room was clean and in good repair. The staff was helpful. They received flowers and placed them in the room before our arrival. We didn’t use the pool or fitness center but they looked immaculate. Some of the slots looked pretty dated, but the rest were current and the table games were good looking and busy. Close to Roger Williams Park Zoo for a great day out."
