"This hotel is very new. We had a pleasant stay for our one night visit to Pittsburgh. The bed was very comfortable and the property was quiet and well-maintained. The staff was helpful and courteous. There was a continental breakfast included. The location was close to restaurants and a movie theater in walking distance. There is a great fitness center and indoor pool included. We will return here during future Pittsburgh visits."

"We reported a profusely leaking showerhead and our bed frame being broken the morning after check in. They told us they would address it and never did. I reported it again and that we needed our room cleaned a couple days later. Nothing happened. Then I got a text asking how my stay was going and I reported all of the above and was told they were understaffed and got no follow up. We asked a cleaner to service our room the next day, and she did clean the room. The showerhead and bed were never...

"Scammers! They charged me 2 $50 Fees for incidentals and tried to charge me even though nothing was wrong with the room. Vending machine didn’t work and the worker denied us water. Also the tubs were very dirty when we got there. There was only cold water available in the bathtub."

"Room was pretty nice and the bed was very comfy. Our bathroom door didn’t really stay shut very well but, it wasn’t too big of deal since it was just me and my husband. Decent place for the money."

"Stayed here for two different days on a there and back road trip to Chicago. Clean rooms. Nice room layout. "Award-winning breakfast" is a stretch. Don't get your hopes up. And, while it's not the hotel's fault, the surrounding roadways are a nightmare. There are some potholes that could destroy your car if you're not careful. Assume this is due to the dead/dying mall next door. Otherwise, there are plenty of restaurants and shops in the area, just be careful driving."

"The suite was clean except for a few chips left by cleaning crew. (not good for my dogs!) I never stayed in a suite before, and was pleased by the number of amenities provided! We had plenty of space for 2 adults & 2 dogs. Very nice breakfast. Nice walk outside area for dogs. Would definitely stay here again."

"After checking into the hotel and going to my room, I noticed that there was no desk chair. I informed the front desk, and the staff member brought a chair from another room, which I appreciated. However, the room had a significant number of flying bugs. I reported the issue and requested a room change if possible. The staff told me that no other rooms were available and that they would clean the room instead. When I returned later that evening, the same bugs were still in the room....
