"Front desk staff, Hannah, greeted me with a friendly smile; such a nice welcome at the end of my day’s travel. She was friendly and polite, assisting me with local restaurant and 4th of July event recommendations.
The room was stylish and the bed (mattress and pillows) were very comfortable.
The airport shuttle driver, Vern, met me with a smile for my early morning plane departure.
I will return here again on my next visit through Spokane."

"Hotel is just above average. Decent rooms and pool/spa area. Lots of communal areas downstairs. Breakfast had very little options and is the same every morning. Beware of an additional charge for the safe in your room. I've never had additional charges for a safe before. Front desk will reverse the fee for you, but I didn't even know about it until I got home and saw the extra charge on my bank account."
