"They didn’t have clean towels on hand when I needed them, we had to wait 30 mins. Didn’t have no extra clean blankets when I booked a two bed with a sofa bed. Hotel is too dark in the inside. The rooms were clean but it smells like old smoke. Would never visit again. Parking is horrible not enough spots for the amount of rooms they have."

"This was my first time staying at the Lux hotel. I chose it because it was close to the stadium where my grand daughter's graduation was held and because it was supposed to have a restaurant. When we arrived tired and not wanting to drive anymore, we were told that the restaurant was close. My family states the restaurant closed down reasons unsure. However, the carpet in the rooms are past due for a good shampooing and the bathtub could use some attention removing the ring around it and a good repair and paint job over the tub and ceiling. Perhaps the other rooms were in better shape. We did'nt complain because we were only there for one night and the beds were clean and comfortable. My husband said the breakfast was good and the staff was very friendly. The front desk staff was nice as well."
