Hotels near Northshore Peak

"We stay at south point every couple of months. The main draw for us has always been the spa. We dine at all the restaurants. Our favorites are the Deli, steak & shake. Don vitos Italian restaurant. And the Asian restaurant. Food is awsome and we enjoy playing the slots. We typically stay 2 to 3 nights. Its our home away from home. Unfortunately thenlast time we stayed which was last week. The spa was closed for renovations. We were very disappointed. It worked out. It forced us to check things out in town. We found another great hotel we will be staying at. Dont worr South point you are still our #1. We highly recommend this hotel. Great memories. "

"Paris is a lovely resort, its clean and well maintained, I would stay there again. My only negative feedback would be that you are charged a report fee of $62.30 and are limited to 2 wifi devices which is ridiculous. We traveled from out of the country so we needed wifi and restricting to 2 devices is nonsense, especially since they charge $14.95 for each additional device. Wifi is cheap and should not be limited especially for a large hotel that has a lot of tourism. We had 1 day where our room was not cleaned and needed towels, it took 3 trips to the front desk to have housekeeping bring up 2 new clean towels. Paris is lovely, but if they could fix the 2 devices would make it better."

"The room did not have a mini fridge like every other hotel has it did not have a coffee maker and it did not give any kind of breakfast or discount for staying there. They actually charged us $80 for parking. Also there was no fan inside the bathroom. The only good thing about our stay there was the shower and the bed was comfortable. That’s it. Everything else sucked one star is our rating for this hotel."

"Beautiful, spacious room with a view of the Sphere. Very clean throughout the entire property. And staff was super helpful. "

"The room had a very unpleasant odor that did not go away during my stay. The room also did not include a refrigerator, which was inconvenient. During checkout, I waited over an hour because staff appeared to prioritize guests in the rewards program while other customers remained waiting in a long line. A more organized system, such as assisting guests from each line equally, would have been more fair and efficient. Overall, my experience was very disappointing due to the poor customer service and lack of accommodations."
