"Breakfast was ok just not as nice as last year. Staff was pleasant & polite.
We didn’t have wash cloths for 3 days. Outlet in the bathroom needed changed out as the plugs just fall out of it. Maintenance came, didn’t switch out the outlet, but the upper plug in worked better.
I really like this hotel because the restaurant within the hotel has great food & the bar area is really nice. We stayed last year & really liked it, but I’m not sure we will go back next year."

"Recently remodeled but rooms are small, bathroom shower was dirty, and they only give you two towels for a room that sleeps four. No hot breakfast. There was coffee. Staff wasn't present often. Parking was adequate. Elevatores were broken and they put us on the third floor. "

"The most terrible experience the parking was full and I parked in the back I see a door close by and tried to bring my luggage in but I can’t. Later on when I’m in the room the guy on front desk go and treated me to cancel my room because he said I no supposed to use the door but they didn’t have signal to say anything that’s a exit door. And the room was dirty I need the manager contact me "

"Air condition worked fine. The room smelled bad/ Bathroom floor was dirty and not freshly cleaned. No proper locks on doors. Only one entrance is allowed to be used in the whole motel for entry. Not to mention in a dangerous area of Columbus.

"This place was filthy, the breakfast was just butter biscuits, the property around was dirty as well. We were moved to this hotel after our original room was given up by Expedia. I would not recommend staying here to anyone! Let’s not mention someone literally died here the night we stayed. There was a shooting outside our room and the victim unfortunately died. I did not feel safe here. It was a rough weekend to get through. "

"Terrible service. We paid a premium expecting a breakfast like the one shown on their website. When I went to inquire about it, a man started shouting at me, claiming I was lying and that I must have been looking at photos of a different hotel—not that one. I pointed out how illogical that was: why would I look at photos, make a reservation, and spend the night at a hotel if the pictures on the website actually belonged to a different place? It was ridiculous. And that wasn't even the worst...

"Property under major construction incredibly disruptive, had guys on scaffolding outside my window at 8am, doors blocked, parking was a mess, no room to park. Room wasn’t exceptionally clean on check in, body hairs everywhere in bathroom. Breakfast was good. People were as good as can be expected under circumstances."

Could use a night light for the bathroom. Free coffee in the lobby and a coffee machine in the room, with tea also.
Good overall, our only complaint is check-in asked you pick a room cleaning schedule which they did not follow. This was resolved the next day with housekeeping.
