"We got stuck in an elevator. The bath tub stopper was broken. The air conditioning unit was broken. Staff was friendly though. Everything just needs updated in the actual rooms part of the hotel."

"This was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had anywhere! Check in was supposed to be at 3pm. We had a concert at 6. We got there around 5 they told us our room wasn’t ready yet and that they’d call me when it was well 40 minutes later we had to get ready to go to the show.. room still not ready and on the way up the whole place smelled like fried fish and weed…but we dropped our bags and left. Almost 5 hours later room is just as disgusting as it was when we left! No sheets on the bed,...

"The staff was incredibly pleasant and helpful, but the rooms are badly in need of updates and smelled of cigarette smoke. It's fine if you only need a place to sleep and aren't going to be spending many hours inside the rooms. Otherwise, I wouldn't recommend."

"Front desk staff were completely friendly but overall the condition of the property was rundown and the situation seemed a little sketchy.
Bathroom was clean but there were tiles missing from the walls and a a bug was running around on the toilet. Fridge was totally frosted over. Bed was fine and linens were clean.
Seems like they have had numerous issues with guests in the past because I had to sign a guarantee of behavior when I checked in which mentioned their right to call in the police...

"There was NOTHING nice bout this property. They didn't have daily housekeeping, had to ask for clean towels, No in room coffee, clock, phone,tv didn't work most of the time. I had to go down and ask for clean towels, and then the desk clerk said bring the other towels down. I told It was the worst hotel I ever had been and they just said sorry. Made NO ATTEMPT to fix or help with anything.. Also advertised breakfast, but had none, just coffee at counter, and I had to kill a cockroach. I can't...

"Buyer beware, DO NOT STAY HERE. Yes I know it's cheap, but the Russian roulette you'll play for a room is not worth it. We were fortunate enough to have a somewhat clean enough room to stay the night, but many came down while we were checking in to get a refund because of roaches and cat food in their room. We didn't have that, but we didn't get the room we payed for, and almost didn't have one at all. We checked in, went out to our concert, then came back to find someone else had been given our...

"We were very pleasantly surprised with everything. We were looking for a hotel for one night in the Columbus area, and this was the best price around so we did not have huge expectations...we just needed a room. As soon as we walked in, we were impressed. The room was very spacious and clean. The staff was amazing. We wished we had more time to spend there."
