Hotel Independent di Northern Plains

"I was a little hesitant to stay here vs. the more expensive option at the Springs, but I’m glad we chose this one. The included breakfast was amazing every morning with choices for everyone including my picky 12 year old. The grounds are kept immaculate and they literally drain out the hot springs and pool overnight and refill it with fresh water by the morning. The only thing missing from this resort is a small gym. That would absolutely put this place on another level. Definitely...

"The property was beautiful- very lush and well kept. Our patio had a view of the volcano which was amazing. The room was spacious and beds very comfortable. The bathroom was wierd though in its layout- did not like the open shower. Liked being able to park near our front door and having no stairs or elevators. Excellent service though in all places. We like our four night stay here."

"I love Lomas del volcan The hotel is beautiful and quite the bed very comfortable big room with a terrace in front of Arenal Volcano.The breakfast buffet super good every day different menu and the staff very nice always taken care of us.I have to mention the front desk girls all of them specially Alexandra and Georginela.Richard from front deck and to Sauge the lady that do my room every day she is excellent my room was always impeccable.The staff in this hotel is the best.And I have to mention...
