"Firstly, there was absolutely no prior notice that the pool/deck would be closed during our stay - surely on one of the many messages you send, that should have been mentioned. This was very cealrly preplanned so why no communication?
The rooms were good, no issues. The food was also good.
However, the (already paid for!) taxi to the airport at 4.30am didn't show up. It took 30 very stressful minutes to source a driver to get us there, arriving almost as check in closed. No apology was made for...
"Ocean Oasis has been my go-to hotel since it opened, and it continues to deliver every time. The staff is exceptional, very warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The location is ideal, the property is new and beautifully maintained, and the views are simply impeccable. The food has also been consistently great.
It really is the complete package…great service, beautiful surroundings, excellent food, and a wonderful location all wrapped into one. Always a pleasure staying here."
"Pictures very misleading, the lake was too abandoned to go near, there is no water park, the restaurant only served breakfast (not lunch and dinner like advertised), no hot springs. I ended up staying in my room all three days. The staff were really nice but I can tell they knew I felt scammed. I’ve contacted Expedia for some type of compensation twice and they said they’d reach back but no answer. Very disappointed. A waste of alot of money."
