"Called 4 times for extra towels and pillows. Never came. Even when down to the front desk. Still nothing.
Went for 4th of July for the kids. Guess I wasn’t good enough for the VIP tickets. Staff wasn’t helpful. No one gave me the right answer. Just going in circles and circles. First 4th of July in Reno and such a horrible experience from Nugget. Do not recommend."

"We stayed 6 nights in Reno for our 20th Anniversary, and I think our decision to stay at the Atlantis was the best choice! The marble floors are especially stunning and come to mind first, but the whole casino hotel experience was great! The staff were very friendly. "The property was well kept and clean.
A few of the escalators weren’t working and the gym is horrible. No free weights or a working machine to do any kind of workout. Treadmill worked fine but was very disappointed nothing else to use to workout while I stayed."

"We had a wonderful stay at J Resort! The hotel was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The rooms were spacious, and the beds were comfortable, making for a relaxing stay. The location is convenient, with easy access to downtown attractions.
