"From arrival we were really impressed with this place. The lady greeting us and showing us to our room, was lovely and made us feel welcome from the outset. I’m not sure if this lady is the owner, but she was always busy and appeared to show genuine concern that guests needs were being taken care of. "The manager Anna couldn’t have been nicer. She greeted us with a cup of tea and biscuits and allowed us to check-in early and was very helpful with suggestions of things to do in the city. Rooms were comfortable and quiet and included on-site free parking. Location just a short walk into the centre. Breakfast also very good with lots of options. "
