"Generally good"

"Unfortunately, the room did not meet the expected standard of a deluxe room at all. Due to a family emergency, we checked in late and had already informed the hotel in advance. We were told where the key card would be placed, which we were able to locate. However, upon entering the room, we were immediately met with a very strong and unpleasant smell. The condition of the toilet was even worse and clearly not acceptable in terms of hygiene. We attempted to contact the hotel multiple times, but no one answered our calls. We also reached out to Expedia for assistance. We tried opening the windows and turning on the air conditioning, but the smell did not improve. In fact, it became so unbearable that both my partner and I started feeling unwell and eventually became sick. This experience was extremely disappointing and distressing, especially given the circumstances under which we arrived. The condition of the room was not only below standard but also impacted our health."
