"This place is terrible once you booked with them and try to cancel right away they won’t refund you anything, also once you get to the front desk they scam you with so much more money as destination fee and other illegal fees and when you want to cancel the tell you it is nonrefundable One of the worst hotel in the city of Chicago. "I give them a three out of 10 there's no ice machines on the floors the refrigerator was not working and they knew as soon as I checked in I was never moved to another room with a working refrigerator when they knew immediately after I checked in that the refrigerator was not working and no one never came to repair the refrigerator or put another refrigerator in when I had insulin and food that had to be left and stored in the car because of that this is one location that I will never visit...

"I purchased a Lake View Room, when I arrived they said my room was not available yet and moved me to another room. I could see the lake only if I stood behind the T.V. All three windows had no view at all. When I brought it up to staff they said that the room qualified as a Lake View and would not reimburse me or move me to another room. "The hotel was great! The location is prime, 2-min walk from Magnificent Mile and incredibly close to Starbucks Reserve and Harry Potter store. My only complaint would be the lack of soundproofing on the windows. The view from my room was non-existent (to the side alley and building) but the sounds of the city were very loud. Walls are also paper-thin, so it was a bit uncomfortable. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay, would consider staying again."

"My friend and I ordered two margaritas on the rocks to be delivered to the room once we arrived on the property. After receiving those and ordering another round the room Service, we were greeted with a complementary bottle of champagne on the rocks. The staff was 10 out of 10 and the property was 10 out of 10 I will be back."

"We loved our stay here! Super convenient location to everything in downtown and Lake Michigan. The hotel was clean and well stocked and the high ceilings made the room feel much bigger. The bar downstairs was great and we were given free drink tickets each night."
