"The check in process was quick and efficient. There were many breakfast options."

"Overall, this property is pretty average. The rooms are nice sized, but the bathrooms are very tiny and the door to the bathroom didn’t sit flush so you would have to push and pull on it to get it to open. The staff was nice and let me check in early, they also kept our luggage while we explored more of the city after check out. I do have several complaints about the property itself. The walls are VERY thin, we could hear our neighbors walking around and speaking very clearly through the walls...

"Although we ubered there from the airport, it was quick walk (5 minutes) from the Beachmont train station, which was the easiest way to get in and out of Boston for our day trips. Revere beach is at the end of the line, just a couple of stops away and the beach is beautiful. Breakfast was great and the coffee was too. Water and coffee in the lobby was nice. Room was a good size, quiet and comfortable, but just as an FYI for anyone else that finds even the slightest amount of light disruptive,...

"The view was amazing, however the toilet was broke and my room was missing the fridge. I had to go on another floor to get ice"

"Great location in downtown Boston and close to public transport. However parking for the hotel was very easy to navigate as well. Room was clean and comfortable with 2 queen beds as booked. Dinner in the restaurant was good. Didn't have breakfast at the hotel so can't say what that is like. Staff all friendly as expected. Overall stay was really good and would recommend this hotel to others."

"Very rude staff - Even with a handicapped person who accompanied me. Terrible security staff services and front desk staff. Even being a Hilton honor and platinum Expedia : no recognition. Really a pity for a Hilton hotel, even more at the airport. Will file an official complaint. Thanks."

"Only stayed for one night but it was a great hotel stay. It was my first time at a Citizen M and I will definitely be returning. The staff were very friendly. Room was clean and modern. I had issues with my iPad in the room and the staff was very quick and helpful. The only con I would say is that there was no on site parking but we were able to find parking nearby with spothero. I still would give 5 out of 5 stars and will definitely return to a citizen M hotel "
