"Inside of Conchal hotel made you feel like you were not next to a busy street with its beautiful plants and trees cascaded all over. All the staff were extremely pleasant and nice. We were particularly pleased with the front desk agent Jennifer and our morning server Donald. We forgot the name of our first server but he was very friendly and Welcoming as well. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway in the jungle surrounded by animals and beautiful plants. We will definitely be back!!! "

"This is an amazing property in a very peaceful setting away from the hustle bustle of tourists. The pool area and the grounds overall are absolutely stunning! If you need to get off the grid (although, you still have excellent internet reception) for a bit, fly into San Jose, rent a car, take a ferry and stay at this beautiful little gem. When you get there, you'll be greeted by Thomas, a great host and an even better man. Anything you need, Thomas either has it, or knows how to get it.
