"There were bloodstains on my sheets and pillow case. Obviously, the sheet and pillowcase and not been changed by the hotel staff.I complained to staff and was told the manger would contact me. It has been a week and nobody has contacted me."

"Very disappointed with a few things. 1) the room had a very notable insect (water, beetle, things and ants and spiders) problem, likely due to the large gap under the door where you could see daylight. 2) any customers that book their room through Expedia or similar paying an additional $10 for parking. I don’t understand this practice, just included in the price or not at all, but it feels like a notable unnecessary extra charge. There’s no other parking in the area other than the hotel...

"Fridge did not work. Poop stuck to the outside of the toilet. Black mold behind the toilet and sink. We had two homeless people drinking outside our room at the table and chairs out front which we told the front desk when morning cam one was passed out on the table. Called to ask for the manager or manager and was told manager was away for the next couple day but would get him to call.
