"The property advertises that it includes breakfast. This is an expensive hotel, not an Econolodge type hotel. When you arrive at the very beautiful breakfast room, only the bread, cereal, coffee, and juice is included. They charge you for the hot food. And the cereal is served in the single serving box. It feels like a bait and switch. They get all the hotel guests to come for breakfast and after sitting at the table and reading the menu you find out it isn’t really included as advertised."

"I was told My two queen bed was sold when I arrived around 5:00pm. I told the staffs that we have three adult how can we sleep in one king bed. He told me there was a couch inside the room. But there was only one king bed on it. We have to sleep in one bed for three adult. I canceled another booking that was for my returning trip.
Room was clean and breakfast was great.
There was no coffee maker and micowave in the room, even though the booking website indicated that such amenities were."

"I was expecting quaint boutique but it’s more quaint rundown. The room was very clean but the property definitely needs some work. The staff was nice but they tend to close the front office early. I got there 20 minutes before it was supposed to close but it was locked up. No text had been sent yet where to get my key so it was a little nerve racking but when I called the contact number they answered right away. Again, very clean and comfortable but lots of little fixes needed including the room...

"when I got there that asked me for a $100 deposit which they held for 2 days. expedia did not tell me they were gonna charge me that. it was an inconvenience for my trip. Front desk staff provided no information about hotel at check-in (wifi, breakfast, room location, check-out time) and even tried to send me the "door code" by email. This is not an independent hotel but a Best Western and no longer uses key cards. She struggled to find a pen and paper when I insisted she write it down.
